"There are no service staff in the hotel, so self-service check-in is very inconvenient. You must communicate through the app and voice service to check-in. The location is some distance from the airport, not near the airport. This time, I couldn't check in smoothly because I couldn't use the app, and because I was afraid of missing my connecting flight, I finally gave up on checking in and went back to the airport to stay overnight."
