Es ist in diesem Hotel perfekt: die Unterkunft, die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz des Personals einschließlich des service beim Frühstück!!
ein Minuspunkt ist die Küche.
Abends bietet sich das Restaurant des Hotels an, da man zu allen anderen Restaurants in der Gegend mit dem Auto fahren müsste. ich habe schon letztes Jahr schlechte Erfahrung mit der Küche (Wiener Schnitzel) gemacht , wollte es aber noch einmal versuchen und war diesmal wieder genauso enttäuscht. Das Essen ist eindeutig aufgewärmt – Keiner weiß wie oft – und geschmacklich mäßig bis schlecht. Schade, in diesem schönen Rahmen des Hotels würde man gerne den Abend bei einem schönen Essen ausklingen lassen.
Aber alles andere in diesem Hotel hat Note verdient!👍

Die Zimmer sind aus den 60ger Jahren aber sehr charmant. Das Restaurant und der Service ist ebenfalls gut. Nur beim Morgenessen könnte man sich noch verbessern. Die Schwimmhalle ist topmodern. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Wandertage

Hier findet man Ruhe und Entspannung und kann Stress abbauen. Schön renoviertes Haus mit gediegenem Ambiente. Zum Wohlfühlen. Geräumige Zimmer mit schönem Balkon und großem Bad. Guter Wellnessbereich. Gutes Frfühstücksbuffet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Überteuerte Speisen und minimalistische Speisekarte.

Ein hervorragendes Hotel in fantastische Lage. Extrem ruhig, sehr nettes entgegenkommendes Personal.
Das Essen im Restaurant war nicht preisentsprechend, aber das Servicepersonal reagierte auf die Beschwerde ganz hervorragend.
Ich war nur eine Nacht hier, werde aber mit Sicherheit wiederkommen und auch für länger. Jedem, der Ruhe und Erholung in der Lüneburger Heide sucht, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Für Pferde und Reit-Liebhaber ganz besonders zu empfehlen aber genauso für Nicht Reiter.

Die Straße von Egestorf ist schwer in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Restaurant/Cafe ist immer ein schönes Ziel. Aber trotz 7 unbesetzten Tischen konnten wir zu zweit keinen Kaffee und Kuchen genießen. Alles reserviert! Um 15:30 - mehrere leere Tische ohne Stühle standen im Hof, aber dort zwei Stühle dranzustellen...? Schade, aber diese Gastronomie kämpft offenbar nicht ums Überleben.
