"Everything was actually fine except for two things that were very important to me... the shower and the bed. The shower didn't work, or rather, it only trickled because of the broken shower head (room 301). Completely incomprehensible. The beds were arranged in such a way that it was impossible to get into the right-hand bed. I had to move it. Weaker people couldn't do that. These two issues led to deductions in my rating. I didn't have breakfast and I didn't use the TV."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Before our arrival, I was concerned about potential construction work at the hotel, so I emailed them. The staff promptly assured me that major construction had been completed before our stay, and only minor decoration work was ongoing, which was very reassuring. The hotel itself is stylish and beautiful. Our room was clean and tidy, though the bathroom was a bit small. Despite the absence of air conditioning, the hotel provided a fan, which made our stay comfortable. Given the hotel's size, it would be helpful to have a map at the reception indicating the locations of rooms, lifts, and stairs to make it easier for guests to navigate the premises. We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. There were various choices, and the breakfast room was quite impressive with its glass ceiling and walls, offering a lovely view of the surroundings. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would recommend this hotel to others."

Beds were really comfortable and the traditional German breakfast was spot on (and served until 10 AM. A lot of good dining options nearby as well as a good restaurant in the hotel"

"1) The front desk staff (the lady with long hair) is helpful and friendly. 2) Breakfast quality exceeds expectations. 3) Water seeping onto the floor from a shower caused by failed seals. 4) Shower head is loose, and it couldn't be set in the proper position for showering. 5) It would be helpful to add a wall-mounted, possibly corner-specific shelves in shower area to hold shampoo, conditioner, and so on. 6) Due to the tiny size of the room, it would be desirable to offer one or two luggage racks. 7) The foot pedal for the small garbage can in the bathroom is broken, but the hotel has no plans to replace it."

"I booked this hotel because there were no cheap hotels near Munich for Oktoberfest. It takes about 40 minutes by train and bus from Central Station. Bus tickets can be purchased at the station. The hotel was new, spacious and clean with a pot. Breakfast was also great! Recommended for those who drive!! ️"

"We stayed here while attending a wedding and our whole party had a very enjoyable experience. Communication prior to our visit was excellent and our welcome by the hostess on arrival was lovely - especially after long journeys from all over the world! The hotel is full of character and the rooms were very comfortable. All staff were cheerful, helpful and warm. My only disappointment is that we weren't able to take lunch in the pretty courtyard as the wedding arrangements precluded that. Breakfast was exceptional - particularly as the staff could not have done more for us. Perfect hotel. As Brits we did miss having tea/coffee making facilities in our room but that was genuinely the only fault I could find!"
