Club in Eilat - Coral Beach Villa Resort

He/she who expected NH collection at the price of Holiday inn Express, will be disappointed. These are not villas, Casa populate nice clean renovated individual units. Local mini market, nice pool, BBQ facilities. If you are only for the beach , pool, than no need for a car. Better with a car. Free parking, beach is about 400m from the entrance. Clean pleasant resort, Good value of money. Only one toilet per unit. We enjoyed it.

Slow reception desk . Very long line and only two stands. Each person handling takes ages. Also we had issue with the room and needed to remind requests over and over till it is handled. Each time had to wait in line as there is no phone in the room

Pros: Rooms and location are very good. Cons: hotel is all families w small children- very crowded and very noisy- if you want a tranquil experience- don’t come here. If you have small children, it appears to be a load of fun for kids!!

This hotel is a dump, as simple as that, the staff are great and helpful though, well beyond the call of duty, I killed to cockroaches in the room, there were ants (at least I was here for one short night arrived late and left early). I have stayed many times in the sister hotel and booked this one i error. This hotel can only be called dilapidated. It is also totally out of town, but near a few restaurants (none kosher I think), if you want to enjoy Eilat the vibe, this is a bad location.

ER visit during our stay at Club In Eilat! Our 14 year old daughter was sitting and taking photos when she was attacked by one of many wild cats (she was not petting any cat) on hotel property and her hand was scratched and blooding near the main artery of her hand. Hotel security and management advised us to take her to ER since cat scratch disease is common in Israel. Tried working with hotel management to pay for medical expense (about $200 for ER visit and 7 days of antibiotics and cream) but the management kept delaying respond and told us NO a day after we checked out. My daughter has not been comfortable and she has been taking antibiotics since her ER visit, total 7 days. It really impacted her for beach/ocean activities and hiking activities that we planned for our vacation, because the antibiotics made her more sensitive to the sun and makes her stomach in pain each time after taking the antibiotics. The resort is not doing the right thing to my daughter’s injury giving how many wild cats there are and they are everywhere, in the lobby, breakfast area, pool benches, trash cans, and resort ground. In addition, the room is not maintained well, dirty, moldy with holes, sheets are stained and torn, we told the housekeeping about the filthy air return filter but maintenance team never showed up and causing allergy for my daughter and my husband, my husband end up trying to clean the filter himself, but they end up taking allergy medicine for the rest of stay. The bed sheets were torn, old and dirty. The balcony was not cleaned. We had a feeling that the room was not cleaned at all. The receptionists got all our complaints and sent two torn sheets to change around 23:00 o’clock. The other day We were lucky to come across with a man who made inspection of the rooms.

None of the mentioned facilities exists! No restaurant (besides breakfast), no convenience store, no heated pool, no lobby bar, no kids club (was closed 2/3 times we visited during working hours). The worst thing was that during our stay, there were -3- high schools in the hotel as well. It was impossible to sleep, and hotel did nothing about that!!! It is outrageous to host families and +100 teenagers at the same time! Worst hotel I have ever been to.
