酒店位置好找，設施齊全，房間温度有點低，服務還好，房間底板有點塌陷，價格不高，性價比可以，早餐也收餐比較晚，有奶茶喝

住的是3人間提供2雙拖鞋，打了前台3次電話，沒有人送過來，洗漱用品牙刷都是2人，前台沒有人管。服務態度差，直接掛斷電話。浴室沒有防滑墊。

早餐很豐富，房子也很不錯，唯一的一點就是外邊沒有賣飯的比較偏，周圍全是一些五金店，出差去的嗯，他家的特產挺貴

就這樣的裝修，地板都振動，隔音狂差，早餐連個肉食都沒有，要多一條毛巾都斤斤計較（懶得拍圖，丟人！）
臨走，前台還索要五星好評，我真不知道是整個鄂爾多斯酒店就這服務水平還是評論區給好評的朋友沒住過好一點的酒店，就這樣都敢好評？
但凡住過哪怕是全季的，這個差距都不是一星半點。
另外，再説説鄂爾多斯東勝區錦廈大酒店（圖片1-，就這個破爛玩意還豪華套房？洗澡間衞浴多久沒有清理了？銹跡斑斑！下水道是腸梗阻，是想細水長流？房間多久沒打掃了，小強當家做主了？沙發上是啥子嘛，能不能不要放客廳噁心人，牆紙起皮，讓人覺得是**。
鄂爾多斯旅遊資源天賦異稟，但是服務總要跟得上吧，老天賞飯，自己也不能慫啊

極度差，明明訂的高級大床房 結果給安排角落裡的小房間，不滿意找前台調整，但是前台要求説需要補差價，明明攜程上兩個房型的價格一樣是沒有差價一説的
另外比較噁心的是，當天找攜程投訴，結果服務人員因為攜程給她打電話了 他竟然給我們同行的其他人員打電話解釋 而不是直接找本人解釋
