Older hotel with 2 floors of rooms around an open courtyard. Lovely decor.

We may have had the best room (6) in the corner at the front and were very pleasantly surprised. Lots of character outside and in .Very comfortable bed and efficient heating which sadly was required. The check in was on line after which we were given the door code so we didn’t have contact with anyone until breakfast the next day , had this been a problem we did have a phone number. Room had all facilities and was spacious. Other rooms were smaller . We had a bit of noise from the next room ( to and chatter ) but nothing to cause a nuisance. Breakfast a bit limited but for the price we had no complaints . Would happily return . The hotel appears to be undergoing updating which is probably a constant requirement. Easy parking on the road . Short walk to the lagoon and the centre of ‘town ‘ Do not come here expecting night life ! Just relax and enjoy the scenery and wildlife

Firstly in spite of advising arrival time had to phone to get in. (what happens to those without access to Spanish mobile! Then off to a bad start when the level of room we had booked wasnt given to us. After first complaint we were moved to slightly better room but it was made clear they had no intention of giving us what we booked. There is no lift and we were not offered ground floor room. Hotel doesnt quite match up to photos. Room was clean and adequate but not what paid for and decor is tired. Breakfast rather poor and continued rather surly service.

A shame. Cold and automatic. No real soul and certainly not suitable for a winter visit. Apart from the dead head hunting trophies on the walls you could have been anywhere. The staff seemed downtrodden; but were clearly working hard to maximise profits for the absentee, fully digitalised, landlords. One out of ten for the discerning traveller.

En sí el hotel no está mal, lo que las habitaciones son pequeñas,el baño necesita un arreglo, el soporte de la ducha estaba roto y no se aguantaba la ducha. La cama era un somier, se dormía bien, las almohada muy bajas, y no pude pedir otra pues en recepción no había nadie. Las chicas del hotel muy amables.
