Took 30 minutes to check in. They have a new system. Phone is broken in our room. Walked down there 3 times since I can’t call from the room. Called from my cell several times to phones listed at property. No answer on any calls

The only problem was elevator was being serviced at check in time so had to use stairs but was fixed later. Also ice machine on 2nd floor was out so I had to go to 1st floor. Staff was extremely nice.

Stayed one night. You can hear absolutely everything. The doors have huge gaps in them. The bathroom had black mold and rust stains, some towels had hair on them from previous guests. The bed stands squeak soooo bad its hard to sleep.

First thing we go into our room and the key doesn’t work properly. I asked the staff before we arrived to please not have feather bedding or pillows in the room due to allergies to feathers that all that was in the room we contacted the front fest the lady working said all they had was feather and wasn’t concerned about it at all the sink in our room was stopped up and the water was standing we couldn’t use the sink also told front desk and nothing was done trying to shower in the morning with no hot water was very dissatisfying. My family will never stay at this hotel again! I’m calling the corporate office because the whole entire visit was a nigh**are!

I booked a room for this property and they denied me to get my room for the night. I was out of town and they were extremely rude about their policy. They said I cannot stay here because I’m not 21 yet. I’m 20 by the way. Online they never said anything about age restrictions and I had already payed for my room. They didn’t refund me either they were very unhelpful and I really don’t recommend staying here.

Our first room had no hot water and the door lock was broke. Front desk was nice and very apologetic, changed our room and the next room had about 12 feet of water stains on the ceiling, black mold in one spot, and sticky carpet, likely from a pop spill by the mini-fridge. Mother-in-laws room had mold around the toilet and shower.

The bathrooms had mold under the rem, and over bathroom was not wiped down, the lamps were missing bulbs, lamp shades were torn and dusty, room had a mildew smell, remote control to the TV was missing the back cover, floors looked dirty, no sound proof whatsoever and just an outdated look to the interior of the hotel. I understand prices are cheap, but being in a college town where family visits often it should be a more appealing hotel.
