Front desk clerk was awesome. Room was awesome. Fitness room was awesome and breakfast was awesome. Only complaint is the pool was really cold.

The hotel is located at the edge of a run-down mall. However, though the surrounding looks vacant, the hotel facility is very well maintained. The staff is super friendly and the room is very clean and spacious!

The water was hot and the roof didn’t leak. Apart from that, the “free breakfast” is most likely free because they could never give that stuff away, and the surrounding area is the largest totally abandoned mall I’ve ever seen

Check in person was great even though there was difficulty with payment of people ahead of us & people behind us were complaining about who was working before her. Room was lovely. Breakfast good.

Every member of the staff was cheerful and professional in the way they greeted us, even whenever we had our two black dogs with us who sometimes expected them to give treats (and showed it by being too familiar with people working at the desk and in the lobby areas). We'll be back!

This is an attractive, well-managed hotel. Rooms are tastefully designed and decorated; beds are comfortable; staff is excellent, and there’s a good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast.
