特地找的淡季過來旅遊的，恩施是個非常美的城市，依山傍水的，很適合生活，很喜歡這裏。來這家酒店是我行程的最後一天，不得不説，非常棒的是這家酒店給我的行程畫上了完美的句號。首先辦理入住時，前台人員十分專業負責，全程微笑服務，兩分鐘就辦理好了入住，也講注意事項都交代了，服務態度非常好！到了房間更是讓我滿意，房間很大，裝修也十分精緻，衞浴區也是很方便的三區分離，雙人入住也不用擔心洗澡和衞生間沖突，真的很贊，晚上睡覺的時候才發現床單也是乳膠床墊，非常舒服，説實話這個價位這個品質恐怕也衹有淡季才有了。退房時前台小姐姐的態度還是一如之前的好，這次的恩施之行確實很不錯，下次一定會再抽時間過來的！

很不錯的酒店，房間忘記拍照了，大廳一進來看就很簡單漂亮，房間也非常大，裝修也是比較新的，床也睡得很舒服，適合我這種懶人，下次還會再來！

超級滿意！房間又大又乾淨，床墊異常舒服好睡，枕頭也合適，前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，打掃衞生的阿姨也和藹可親😍離酒店不遠還有不少足療店方便按摩放鬆，真的不錯，推薦給來旅遊的家人們

周邊環境還可以，後面是個小車站，但不會很吵，周圍也比較安靜。酒店的服務態度也不錯。不過周圍感覺吃的比較少。總體來説挺不錯的

房間非常大！家人孩子都喜歡，電視裏好看的內容很多，空調效果也很好。酒店位置在一條路的盡頭，也很少有車過來，非常安靜，適合家庭休息。在酒店旁步行幾百米。有很多餐廳美食，隨意挑選。我們吃了心孚口孚，小晴川等，都還不錯。適合自駕的朋友，地下車庫車位非常充足。

我是出差到恩施的，住這家酒店真的很暖心，本來有點兒感冒了，一到酒店大堂就有暖暖的紅棗枸杞茶，前台小姐姐也很熱情，房間裏的設施也很好，洗澡水大也很熱，特別是那個床睡着很舒服，然後問了前台，才知道是乳膠床墊，這次恩施之行感覺真心不錯
