The room is including all the basics it should and the check-in process was nice and easy. However, the room could have much better cleaning. I had to take of the bedsheet to get rid of all the hairs on it. The sink was still dirty and there were hand prints on the mirror.

Hotel ist sehr preisgünstig, dafür darf man aber keinen Komfort erwarten. Die Lage ist an einer Ausfallstraße, der Bahnhof weit weg, keine Fußlaufweite. Es gibt keine Rezeption, diese ist bergauf in einem anderen Hotel.

This is more a shelter rather than a hotel. No customer service, no reception, no fridge in the rooms, no kettle, no coffee, no tea, just two pillows, a place to sleep and leave very basic service better to go to the nearby city Aachen for better hotels.

Room at the back so very quiet and nice view. Room was okay, bit messy and some slightly broken things in the badroom but still function and working. Overall it was good to stay

L hôtel est divisé en deux établissements le 1 er sans restauration ni réception le second de trouvant 800 m plus haut gère le 1 er en cas de problème les chambres sont très bien la literie et agréable seul petit bémol la sdb autrement l hôtel bas est pas mal
