"Lack of cleanliness and cleaning protocol. Dirty shower cubicle with lots of hair and fur. On arrival, the toilet bowl remained open in the cubicle. Lots of hair on some pillows. A sheet on the bunk bed was dirty. The floor of the room was not vacuumed. This room was catastrophic in terms of cleanliness. We had asked for a baby bed but they no longer had any. Fortunately, we had the right number of towels to cover our pillows and sheets. Very disappointing"

"Since I am a positive person 😊 I will start with the good. The room was small but okay for the price. The bath was newly renovated and the beds were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the immediate surroundings were quite scary, with trash piled up and abandoned shops and restaurants. Then the hotel parking lot was full of people (I would guess around 50 persons) that did not speak French and they were yelling to each other, car engines were running for no good reason, and kids were screaming until midnight. I have no idea if they were staying at the hotel or not but for most travelers this is quite unpleasant. In my opinion this must be fixed."

"A very disappointing stay. There was hair on the sheets, and the room was extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to get a proper rest. When I returned to the hotel the next day, I found my room door wide open. Even if nothing was missing, this is completely unacceptable from a security standpoint. When I spoke to the front desk, they offered no apology and only offered a refund for the remaining balance after a lengthy explanation. Noise issues, security concerns, and a lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel."

"The hotel has no respect for my privacy. My life is in danger. My aunt ************* is a dangerous person; she spat in a meal I didn't even order. This woman owes me £800 because she can't feed her own family. The hotel lied by giving out information about me and my daughter, and for this reason, I have already filed a complaint for harassment, threats, and intimidation. I will do the same in England. This woman ************, ************ has tarnished my character more than once, which is why important people in England know to NEVER ALLOW HER TO KNOW MY COMINGS AND GOINGS, OR MY DAUGHTER'S. SHE DOESN'T KNOW. THERE ARE SECURITY MEASURES IN PLACE TO PROTECT US FROM HER. Because of everything she and her brothers have done, along with my mother's sisters who practice witchcraft to get rich, etc., her rapist brothers, and her **** grandchildren who steal and assault the elderly, so there you have it. I WILL NEVER ALLOW YOU TO SPEAK ABOUT MY DAUGHTER OR ME AGAIN. FINAL WARNING."
