We were in Eugene for a Convention. I stayed in the motel room most of the time alone. Never was I scared or afraid. I felt very safe. The room was VERY CLEAN. The bathroom was great. We had enough room and never felt boxed in. I amazed how you never heard any of your neighbors flushing toilets or the shower running. Thank you for this great room. Prices were wonderful

The separation between the bedroom area and bathroom area is one of the best ever. The front desk clerk was very nice. The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Eugene. We would give it 5 stars, but the bed was just a bit too firm.

At check in the front desk agent Crystal was so delightful and very helpful, she made sure to exceed our expectations, right from the start we felt very welcomed!
