"This hotel has a real problem with management. We stayed for three days, and the wrong room type was given on the first day. We booked a twin bed but got a king bed. We had to drag our luggage back and forth. Business was really good on the weekend, but the housekeeping didn't keep up the next day, and we didn't tidy up the room when we returned to the hotel at 4 o'clock. The last terrible thing was that when I got home, I unexpectedly found that the hotel had ”secretly” deducted $135.44 from my pre-authorization. Now please contact Ctrip to coordinate, they said it was a ”deposit”, but we all know that deposits are pre-authorizations and will not appear on the bank statement. Fortunately, they said they would return it in the end. God, it's also a good thing that I am careful and look at the bank statement, otherwise it really passed by quietly. Speaking of this kind of thing happened in the United States, doesn't the hotel have other responsibilities? No compensation is required? The money has not been refunded yet, and they said it will take 10 working days..."

"There was a spill on the floor in my room that wasn't cleaned up before I rented the room. Couldn't turn the fan off in the bathroom because of a broken knob. The bed sank so low that i couldn't sleep well and was very sore in the morning. Drug ******* were running around everywhere on property and around the area."
