"It was a beautiful room, tidy, everything we needed for a weekend was there! It was clean, everything seemed quite new. And it is right in the city center, the location is really great! The only thing that was slightly less good: it is quite noisy; we could hear the neighbors talking, and also when someone was in the hallway, it could be heard in the room. During our stay, there were young people coming back from going out at night; this did wake us up for a moment, but that was the only thing that was a bit less than ideal. The rest was great!"

"What a wonderful location having been invited for a friends party we drove over and was stunned by Brugge and not expecting this to be bettered , Great place great food wonderful staff all was top class . Footnote I would not rent one of their day boats the guy renting the day boats amazingly rude to people returning the boat boat not sure if he was having a bad day but arguing with the customers and very rude to my wife who was enjoying a quiet champagne watching world go by , surprised he is associated to such a great venue not out of the food team stock that’s for sure 5star to all apart from boat rental 🥂💔 will return as soon as possible and stay in Latham area so much more to see I hope ."

"Location-wise, it's right next to Ghent City Hall, super central! Most of Ghent's attractions are within a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, like Carrefour and McDonald's. However, because it's so central, it can get a bit noisy; you can still hear people on the street late into the night. Service: The front desk staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic, and there's complimentary water. Facilities: It's an older hotel, which is fine, but the TV isn't a smart TV so you can't cast to it. The air conditioning didn't seem to heat up enough, even when set to the maximum fan speed and highest temperature. On the upside, the room itself is very spacious. Cleanliness: It was very clean. Overall, for a few hundred yuan, staying in a chain hotel like this offers good value for money."
