"Regarding the room, the bath towels were all frayed, the dust hadn't been removed from under the beds for several weeks, and the sheets had hair and fur on them. Had they even been changed? As for the meal, the mixed salad was small and barely mixed, the stew was decent, but the extra 5 CHF per person for what was already an ample portion of spätzle was a major disappointment."

The room was spacious and really comfortable, breakfasts were delicious and with plenty of choice and most important, Claudia and Dani couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. "Great hotel in Arolla, located on Haute Route and close distance to multiple restaurants, bars and bus stop. Easy check in, room was small but with comfy bed and sink, communal bathroom and shower. Food not included in stay, their pizza in the restaurant was quite tasty although service was extremely slow."
