I brought up 90 people in a group for WGI. I have been coming here for 11 years and it’s always easy and we get taken care of!! Ken the manager is amazing and so helpful and caring!!! Room are always refreshed and comfortable and we never have a problem with our 25 plus rooms we always get! It’s one item I always know I’ll not have to worry about!! The stay we have had here has been amazing. The staff so incredibly friendly and the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room was spot on. The breakfast- they had everything from waffles to home potatoes, turkey sausage , bacon, bagels, cereal and scrambled eggs. I think with any place you can always find something wrong with it but from the experiences we have had this one is definitely one we will come back to when visiting family!!!

Stayed while attending Hanvention in Xenia. Older tired property typical of many off brand budget motels. Room was reasonably clean & adequate with fridge, microwave, wifi for our 3 day stay. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Parking was free & easy. Pleasantly surprised by decent small local places to eat nearby.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A downtown location can be tough, but they did a good job here. Good location, easy to find, and a couple of restaurants and bars nearby. Our front desk experience was good both on check-in and check-out. Very friendly staff. We were placed in room 618 and it was very quiet. The room was clean, carpeted, and very tidy. While the pull-out couch was not very comfortable, it did have a bit of a unique design where one end was kind of like a chair. The room had ample plugs and USB ports, the blackout curtains were decent, and the bed very comfortable. Due to the configuration of the room, there were two flat screens, and the desk as a movable table that could be repositioned. Bathroom was very clean and we had more than enough towels. The coffee station was decent and the small refrigerator was a nice plus. Morning breakfast was standard fare - eggs, sausage patties, waffles, some cereals, yogurt, and fruit (though the bananas were very, very green, difficult to gauge, but that was very under-ripe.) The only downside is that the parking is not directly attached to the hotel and it is an outside walk of about 100 feet to get from the garage to the hotel.
