Staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Nearby restaurants and groceries are convenient.
Hotel could use some updating - hvac unit was incredibly loud, small runs in carpet throughout hotel, sound from outside the room was loud (stairwell door opening and closing, people in hall, people in other rooms), and the elevator could definitely be upgraded.
It wasn't horrible, but for the price, there are better options downtown and nearby.

Very clean and quiet. Had a pool, though we did not use it. It looked well kept as well. Would be good for fun with kiddos.

A depressingly but not unexpectedly shabby motel plunked down in a dreary parking lot full of semis right off the highway. Rooms are clean and quiet, so there's that. But so expensive for what you get: run down room, cheap lobby furnishings, inedible breakfast, and in our case, a broken elevator. Essentially a motel for truckers and others who just want to sleep and get going, but again, much too expensive...and honestly, the $2.00 resort (!) fee for the in-room safe is the the cherrry on the sundae of the chain's disdain for its customers.

This was a short overnight trip and the hotel was quite nice and clean. Check-in was quick and easy along with very friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable.
We did struggle finding a comfortable temperature with the heating system. Apparently overnight the elevator broke so we had to use the stairs for check out. There was a water cooler on the first floor that did not work and breakfast was OK.

My stay was for 3 days and it was great. No complaints with the room at all. Everything was clean! The only thing that would need to be adjusted is the breakfast. It was good for what they provided but could have some flavor for sure.
