The front desk reported that there was no room, so I checked out if I didn't want to stay. After that, no relevant personnel asked about this matter. After communicating with Ctrip customer service, I couldn't be reached after more than a dozen calls. When I contacted them, they got the same attitude. Finally, I slept for one night. After feedback through 12345, the relevant personnel learned about the situation after work on Monday and conducted mediation. The attitude of the wine company was also very tough. The staff suggested that the hotel call us to communicate with us, but the hotel unilaterally refused. We did not ask for any financial compensation or refund during the entire process. During the communication between the hotel and the person in charge of the Consumers Association, they also made random remarks about the situation, saying that we would check in at noon, etc. It was said later that we would be given a room change, which was actually the new room type we originally booked for the next day. It was originally a room change, not the hotel's way of handling it. Anyway, this hotel experience is the worst.

The room environment is great. The only drawback is that the water pressure is very low when taking a shower. It's like peeing. The experience is seriously reduced. I hope it can be improved next time I stay.
