We spent a wonderful Easter in this newly opened hotel. The welcome by Isil Pinar on the day of arrival and every morning put us in a great mood. Girl, your work is pure perfection! The location couldn't be better, the rooms are beautiful and the breakfasts excellent. All employees are willing to help and passionate about their work. On the last day, the receptionist himself helped us get to the main road with our luggage so that we could take a taxi to the airport. Look no further this is the perfect place to stay in Istanbul.

Amazing Turkish cuisine!! The hotel's perfect location in the old town and its well-designed interior enhanced our overall experience. Special thanks to Mr. Ugurcan! His attentive and personalized service truly made our visit with my family unforgettable. His genuine interest in ensuring that we had a wonderful experience extended beyond his professional duties. He took the time to understand our preferences and tailored his recommendations accordingly, making us feel valued and welcomed. Moreover, his warmth and genuine smile created a welcoming atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. He also recommended delicious Turkish traditional breakfast options, adding to our enjoyment of the local cuisine. I look forward to the opportunity to visit this place again in the future! We checked in mid April to Sanasaryan Istanbul. From the time we checked in the entire staff made our stay so special. At check in my Titanium status was recognized by Yagiz and my room was upgraded. He walked us to our room and went over all the features. They had sent Turkish delights to our room in additional to our welcome amenity. The rooms are well laid out with plenty of natural light due to the large windows. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The hotel is brand new so everything is working like it should. As nice at the hotel is the staff makes it even better. From the front door reception to the Restuarant staff, front desk. The manager made a special attempt to great us and say bye at check out. I Would definitely come back. We stayed at the Four seasons at our last visit. The service here would rival there’s.

Annem ve kızkardeşmle şehir manzaralı odalarda konakladık, yeni açılmış olmasına rağmen harika bir deneyimdi, sundukları detaylarla ev konforunun ötesinde bir rahatlık deneyimleyeceğinizi otele girer girmez hissedersiniz, tüm müdürleri ve personeli profesyonel,ilgili ve güleryüzlü ,checin ve checkout işlemleri sırasında ayakta bekletmemeleri artı puan, odalarda herşey çok yeni, teretemiz, yatak çok rahat, bi seyahtte isteyeceğiniz çoğu şey mevcut.SİNİ alacarte restoranı çok başarılı, ambiyansı çok şık, yediğim en iyi HÜNKARBEĞENDİ yi yedim, kahvalıda ISPANAKLI ÇILBIR muhakkak deneyin, hizmet çok iyi,konum olarakta bir turistin İstanbul da gitmek isteyeceği Ayasofya, Sultanahmet, Mısır Çarşısı, Kapalı Çarşı gibi birçok önemli tarihi yere yürüme mesafesinde. Tekrar tekrar gideceğim bi otel var artık İstanbul'da. Yolları açık olsun.:))

Yepyeni yapilmis bir otel,tarihi bir bina ve gercekten cok guzel.Otel cok şık,calisanlar guleryuzlu ve hepsi isinde profesyonel.Yemekler inanilmaz lezzetli,herseyden cok memnun kaldik herkese siddetle tavsiye ederim.Kapali carsi,misir carsisina 5 dk mesafede,old citynin kalbinde ama inanilmaz şık bir otel.
