給朋友訂的豪華大床，朋友過去後前台説房間還沒收拾好，給換成主題房，價錢都一樣，稀裏糊塗住進去各種不滿意，洗漱台下水壞的，地下全是水，空調正對着床吹，誰能受的了，我們預訂房間的時候又不是看不見別的房型，你既然沒打掃好，起碼應該給免費升級成別的房間，而不是給個同價位的，設施破爛的房間
