If you are looking for an amazing and relaxing time this is the place. Great food, thermal pools at a perfect temperature, the Spa gives relaxing massages that will make you feel brand new. The personal is really nice. I loved that this hotel is pet friendly, I will go back for sure , and next time Take my dogs.

The natural beauty, human warmth and authentic and original character of the instalations and gardens made for a superb experience. Add to this the excellent cuisine and heathy thermal springs bathing - a thoroughly satisfying and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent place to have a weekend break. The thermal is a great way to start and finish the days when you are visiting all the town around. Exceptional service and personal is amazing. Great location to access all the touristique places in Boyaca.

The weather was super nice. The accomodations were very good by the mountain. The staff was great. The thermal pools were the best! It was quiet. We went for a walk and there were tons of eucaliptus trees. The smell was awesome.

Everything was great until a neighbor motor chainsaw started the f****** noise since 9am, we left at 11am and it was still there. Seems the staff is used to it and doesn’t do anything about it despite I let them knew. The breakfast (included) and the dinner (not included) was delicious.

Fuimos el día 17 de febrero, nos queríamos hospedar y estaba lleno. El día 16 así que decidimos ir a conocer el lugar. Llegamos a las 4 pm y tenían servicio hasta las 6 pm entramos mi esposa pidió un café y estaba quemado, lo devolvimos y la chica ni siquiera dijo se lo cambiamos, pero bueno no le prestamos importancia. Pedí una cerveza y estaba a borde de la piscina y me estaba tomando la bebida y se acercó un señor y me dijo que Yeni que tomármela afuera. Está bien no había pasado 40 minutos y ya nos queríamos ir la verdad un poco aburrido el lugar , a los 5 minutos un señor pidió vino y le dijeron que tenía que tomárselo afuera que no era permitido en la piscina, el señor se le notó su enfado porque pago para hosped**** 2 noches y si me parece y como observación es que dejen tomar bebidas en la piscina, quien quiere tom**** un vino afuera de la piscina con frío. Es algo ridiculo y aunque son sus normas me parece que a nivel nacional en servicio al cliente quedan muy mal parados. De parte mía me costaría volver y creo que de mucha gente y lo digo porque me tome el trabajo de leer cada uno de los comentarios y tiene una falla enorme que es el servicio al cliente que es la vida de un hotel.

La atención de su personal no hay ningún punto negativo, amables y siempre atentos. habitaciones con baños sin remodelar, muy pobres en su presentación, toallas muy duras sin suavizantes. Zonas húmedas sin remodelar, lo mismo de hace 30 años, pisos del baño turco lamentable con parches de cemento y la piscina la escalera de entrada baldosín de hace 30 años muy deteriorado. Mi consejo no dejen decaer el hotel y hagan las mejoras necesarias y que están a la vista.

Excelente atención y lo mejor sus aguas termales. Disfrutamos el clima el ambiente en medio de la naturaleza, aire puso y mucha tranquilidad. Todo el personal que atiende lo hace con educación y mucho respeto.

Hotel con lindas instalaciones, limpio, desayuno muy completo y variado. Excelente atencion por parte de todo el personal. Las piscinas estan abiertas hasta tarde. Seria bueno que entre el hotel y la alcaldia mejoraran la carretera para el ingreso al hotel ya que esta es destapada y cuando llueve debe ser muy dificil el ingreso.
