Massimiliano and Alessandro were wonderful hosts. We were welcomed and provided excellent information that helped make our stay in Florence wonderful. The apartment is located in old town. Very close to numerous shop, excellent restaurants and popular sites to visit. The apartment had everything thing we needed to be comfortable. I would definitely stay here again should I return to Florence.

Just want to start off with thanking Massimilano and Alessandro for the most amazing stay! Check in as at 14:00pm but they went above and beyond to welcome us into the apartment at 11:30am as we arrived super early! Alessandro walked us round the apartment making sure we were totally happy with everything, giving us lots of local recommendations and also came back 10 minutes later with two bottles of wine from a local vineyard! The apartment was exactly like the photos, we stayed in the Santa Croce apartment, 6 people. There was plenty of space and the beds were so comfy! Couldn’t recommend booking through them anymore! So pleased with our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment in beautiful Florence, the apartment has everything you need, it's nice, quiet, clean, you can walk everywhere, the owner is helpful and responds quickly on whatsapp. I heartily recommend it to everyone! I will definitely come back here!

Wonderful location of the room. Everywhere close. The owner very friendly and helpful. Bathroom and kitchen very clean. The price is adequate to the quality. Please do not expect a room with five stars, but in general there is everything you need. Surrounding from us rating 5 for the whole.....location and nice staff.

My wife and I had a reservation but unfortunately Windows had to cancel just a few days before we were to arrive due to something that was clearly beyond their control. Massimiliano immediately emailed us to explain, offered to assist us in finding another place and promptly refunded our money. Fortunately we were able to find another place for the same days not too far away. We were disappointed but really appreciated how Massimiliano handled things.

We spent five wonderful days in this comfortable, clean and well equipped appartment. Although it was cold outside the heating worked well. Donatella gave us nice tips where to eat and what to visit even more like a friend than a host. Open minded she understood our preferences. Food stores, Supermarket, a butcher, bakery and Sant Ambrogio market not far away if you like cooking in the appartment‘s kitchen (a salad bowl would be nice!), otherwise you find excellent restaurants near the appartment. Tutto perfetto!!!! Appartamento in pieno centro , molto pulito e molto bello. Sono stata accolta dal proprietario che mi ha dato tutte le informazioni su Firenze e sui ristoranti migliori. In pochi minuti si raggiungono tutte le più importanti mete turistiche da visitare
