This place is unrealistically bad. It is dirty, wall damaged, ceiling with stain everywhere, The place is not safe for anyone who cares for his health. The room we were in was treated by Pest Control Insecticide with extensive smell. The room and the building is not building safe per our standard (USA)

Shower without hot water or water at sometimes. The bedroom had air conditioning but the staff told me they could not give me the remote control since May due to government energy consumption regulations. Great location and clean linen though.

Bad place, only the review is good. Smell of sewer on the stairs and in the room. Pre-war furnishings, drafty fixtures, no heating, bathroom with literally hanging shower cabin that didn't close and without bidet. Dirty room, faulty room door and entrance door (key that didn't turn) in the corridor non-working dispenser that only swallowed coins but didn't give you anything. In short, everything needs to be redone.

Just terrible. They came to the room to install the air conditioning when we were out, we came back to rest for a moment and the room was a mess, cables everywhere, stains on the bed, the floor was disgusting, etc. When we spoke to the person responsible, he spoke to me terribly, aggressively, and even confronted my partner and seemed like he was going to hit us. We had a very bad time. We ask that they no longer enter the room. Also, the room is much worse than the photos, the bathroom is minimal, the room is not soundproofed so if you hear any noise, you can hear everything... a disaster

Horrible hotel, it doesn't even deserve half a star, room located on the fourth floor of an old building, the stairs with a repugnant smell of sewage, dirty room, dust under the bed that hasn't stopped for months, dirty towels, toiletries (soaps and gel shower) poor, shower chipped and with a lot of small mold and with little hot water. Excessive price without breakfast. Never again.

If I had read the reviews I would have known what to expect. No bidet, defective window (it didn't close, therefore constant draft and voices from the street). Small room, narrow spaces. You had to flush the toilet strictly when it was closed, otherwise water would splash everywhere. Plugs stuck in the sink drain. One of the worst accommodations found on Booking. The only positive notes are the convenient location, halfway between the station and the historic center, making it practical to move around on foot, and also well heated to be able to overcome the problem of the fixtures. As a structure it belongs to the nearby Hotel Veneto. In any case, the problems are well known judging by the numerous negative reviews on other platforms, but evidently there is no desire to improve. I recommend it at most for a night in transit and without alternatives. And so, at the end, congratulations to the photographer.

The Adre Majestic View! Center of Florence! (quite a program!) is an annex (?) of the Veneto hotel, about fifty meters away. This establishment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a traditional apar**ent building. It has 5 street-facing rooms with views from the top of the Duomo and San Lorenzo domes. There are also 5 bedrooms on the same floor overlooking the roofs of neighboring buildings. The building includes a tiny elevator (2 people without luggage). My room, 201, was clean but rather poorly organized, which is surprising in a country renowned for its ideas in terms of furnishing. A small tablet 30 cm wide, far too narrow to work comfortably with a computer. Another shelf of the same width, under a shelf to put some things. 3 hangers hung under the shelf in question as a wardrobe and that's it! A 140 cm bed, a chair, no bedside table or equivalent. The room is however “given” for 2 people. I had fun measuring it. Total surface area, toilets and shower included: 9.98 m2 (7.93 for the bedroom, 2.05 for the toilets). With a cost of 20 euros per day per m2 (mid-June 2022), this must be one of the most expensive rooms in Florence! Some good points. Effective air conditioning (I found mine set on arrival at 17° in “cool” mode) and not too noisy, especially in “dry” mode, for example during the night. The staff does not turn off the air conditioning when the room is not occupied. There are 3 power outlets in the room, which is practical and essential today. There are also shutters, undoubtedly original, which advantageously complement the curtain, which obscures very little. I had asked to have, if possible, a quiet room. Answer “Hi, it’s on the third floor, quiet” as if the noise didn’t “come up” in this street? In fact the “Rue of April 27” is a wide street (on the scale of the center of Florence), two-way, very busy with buses (I photographed more than 6 at the same time) and all kinds of vehicles, including at night. Personally I had to put earplugs in my ears to be able to sleep. The bathroom (2 m2) includes a small corner sink, a toilet and a shower with a curtain. The sink has a mixer, but the shower does not and it takes a while to find the desired temperature. Once obtained, it is better not to turn off the taps (not eco-friendly!). The staff at the Veneto Hotel are friendly and helpful, especially the evening receptionist and the breakfast receptionist. The breakfast is quite decent with espresso or other coffee, various drinks, cereals, fruits, yogurts, eggs, cold meats, etc. The only downsides were mediocre croissants and no bread, only tasteless sandwich bread. At almost 200 euros per night during my stay, it's really expensive for a room of this type. But she is very good if

One night stay in September 2022 at Andre Majestic View, about 50 meters away from the Veneto hotel but still managed by the same staff. Excellent location and room overlooking the Duomo apparently passable were it not for the complete lack of cleanliness. Shortly after our arrival we could see the presence of litter, crumbs and dirt belonging to previous guests, a sign that the room had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. Only one of us was able to use the shower which, once blocked, immediately flooded the whole bathroom. We then found piles of blond hair of unknown origin on the chair and on the floor. Numbers on the doors of the rooms written with paper and pen and attached with tape. The photos shown on the site do not correspond in any way to the current state of the hotel, they seem to have been taken at least fifteen years ago. It is therefore thought that the three stars boasted by the structure were assigned during the Punic wars, otherwise the recognition is inexplicable.
