別墅私人温泉是限時供應的，衹在晚上七時到十二時，入住紙贈送四個立方的温泉水，超過容量也不可以再購買，別墅有提供管家服務，使用温泉時需要通知管家刷卡才可以使用，預訂時查看資料可以索取小孩的拖鞋，但入住後管家聲稱沒有提供小孩拖鞋，別墅設施有點殘舊，瓷磚有脱落，地板有鬆，別墅的大門，衹是用簡單的數字密碼鎖出入，感覺有點不太安全
