設施：房間連電話都沒有，聯繫前台還得去房間找前台電話
衞生：衞生差，入住第二天浴室都還有頭髮，打掃不乾淨，續住幾天浴帽都不給
環境：環境也不咋滴，浴室牆面還發黴了
服務：服務態度差，跟朋友一起住的，早上出去了説續住後面跟朋友想打麻將就打電話去前台説想換房，前台説超過下午三點不給換，我們早上出來都沒有回去過，換房而已，難不成做續住衞生不打掃不換床單我就拿東西不動房間東西都不行，就是不給換，還直言説要把我們拉進黑名單，要不是東西多懶得換地方真不想住這裏，不用麻煩酒店拉黑名單，下次也不會選擇住這裏，差評，差評差評，前台服務差，態度差不多連鎖酒店不會出現這種情況，下次還是住連鎖好

衞生：地漏都還有毛髮，床單被罩都不知道換不換呢都怕睡了起疹子，好評都是刷出來的，看見差評就給錢處理了，垃圾酒店，客人問題都不處理，看見當沒有，要住店的慎重

大門口不太好找，不過停車場倒是很多很大。酒店的設備有一點空缺，跟佛山的比起來還是有些差距。空調倒是很冷。櫃枱這個服務在疫情期間管控的比較嚴格。
