Great hotel. Close by the freeway, convenient location with coffee shops and fast food nearby. Conveniently located with shops, department stores and supermarket. Very close.to Costco . Service is ok. Swimming pool is not available during my stay but it has a fitness room. Free self served breakfast with quite a few items, sausage and eggs, cereal, muffins and bread, oatmeal and waffles. Beverages including orange juice, apple juice, hot coffee, hot chocolate, and a variety of tea bags. Fruits are available. Room is clean with two alcohol wipes. Lots of outlets to plug any electronic devices.

Like how it’s got a lot of food and places in walking distance. The staff have been great.

Staff was relatively professional, hotel room was fairly clean but there were hairs on tub, I booked 2 nights there had been no room cleaning service when i got back to my room after first night stay while i was out, I contacted desk they said.they only do room service every other day. So i had to request them to bring items that needed to be resupplied. That was a first. Also noisy sounded like the room above was having a track meet. I ended up leaving early paid for 2 stayed 1 . The staff was friendly I have no gripe there. Overall was dissatisfied with the hotal.

This was absolutely the best place we stayed in during our whole trip. Honestly I wish we had just one whole day to lounge around. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing, the breakfast was fabulous, the TV in the room was amazing and the bed was luscious. I never want to stay anywhere else. (Even the lobby looked like a Hallmark Christmas movie on the day after Christmas, with the Hallmark channel on the TV by the tree, fireplace, and stockings!)

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great all three days. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and everything was very clean and in order. We enjoyed our time there. Thank you!

Bed mattresses need replacing. Broken down to the point you feel like you are going to roll out of bed. Plus the toilets are so low (child height) not standard height. We are going to try other hotels next trip to El Dorado Hills.

My family booked three separate rooms at this location. All three rooms were poorly maintained in terms of cleanliness. Two of the rooms had an awful, unpleasant odor. The sofas were very dirty and the bathtubs/showers were dirty as well. The bathroom area wallpaper in the room I stayed in was absolutely filthy. The shower head made a loud whistling sound and the water pressure was too low. The mini fridge was basically non operational and leaking water. I had to place a towel on the floor in front of the mini fridge to prevent slipping during my one night stay. I was pleased with the breakfast that was served though. I recommend a major overhaul/renovation of this location. Overall I was extremely disappointed with this being part of the Hilton family of hotels.

Traveled for the CIM 26.2 and this is an ideal location. Walk to bus for start line shuttle, plenty of food and lake is right there for walking before/after race. Hotel even had a 4:30 breakfast for runners!!!

Nice quiet property. There are so many great dining options nearby.

My experience was good. I have to say the lady that checked me in talked so fast like a robot I had to keep saying what?No eye contact I did not feel welcomed.But she probably had a bad day.

Property desperately needs some upgrades. The bathroom needs a complete renovation!

Our room was ok. Clean enough but definitely didn’t feel great. We only stayed one night and we were happy to leave. Lots of noise from the other guests around us, the walls were paper thin. The water pipes did a continuous squeal and you could tell when the neighbors were taking their showers

Straightforward check-in and check-out process. No surprises. Easy parking/access to food nearby. The complimentary breakfast had a good range of options. The room itself was clean and seemed well-maintained.
