The room had a bad smell the shampoo also had a horrible smell like it was spoiled. The carpet was gross and needs replacing.

The hot breakfasts are over the top ! Hot and menu changed daily. Lovely pool area but we had hoped it would be heated. The ladies at the desk were fabulous! This hotel was one of the best we have encountered!

I thought it was a new building until I got to our room. It was fine, but nothing special. Worn and weird in terms of floorplan and functionality. It had almost no outlets! Why?

This hotel is disgusting. Roaches in the bathroom. Bathroom exhaust caked with crud. The only light in the bathroom flickers. Stained carpet in the room. Every piece of furniture dinged up. Peeling wallpaper and frayed carpets in the common areas. Usually Hyatt Place hotels are pretty nice. This one is awful. Was very happy to leave after a three-night stay.

Bugs in the bathroom and sink pool was unusable as it was ice cold and advertised on site restaurant of which there was none. Left early and booked at Best Western

Staff is always pleasant, and everything is just a short drive away. The rooms are always clean and I just feel so comfortable in the lay out of the rooms. One of my favorite places to stay
