"fort william is a transfer station to the Harry Potter train/Ben Nevis Mountain/Glencore Canyon. This time I stayed in fort william for one night. The living environment is very good. It feels safe in a quiet neighborhood house. The house is about three kilometers away from fort william, but because it is self-driving, it is not inconvenient. Overall, the room is simple/warm/clean, with complete toiletries and coffee and other refreshments. The hotel presented a meal for breakfast, you can choose a meal one night in advance, the taste is very satisfactory! The most commendable thing is that we carelessly dropped the electronic products in the hotel, the landlord took the initiative to contact us, and helped us send it to London at our own expense, which caused a lot of trouble, thank you very much! Fort William serves as an excellent base for visiting the Harry Potter steam train, Ben Nevis and Glencoe. We stayed here for one night. The house sits on a quiet residential street, offering a pleasant and secure environment. It is roughly 3 kilometres from central Fort William, which was perfectly fine for us as we travelled by car. Our room was simple, cosy and spotlessly clean. Toiletries, coffee and refreshments were all well‑supplied. A complimentary breakfast was included, with menu selections to be made the night before, and we were very happy with the food. Special gratitude goes to our host. We accidentally left some electronic devices behind. The host reached out to us pro‑actively and even covered the postage to send our belongings to London. We truly appreciate all the extra trouble they took on our behalf. Highly recommended."

"This lil accommodation is such a gems. The location is quite and peacefully. Basic amenities but we don’t have problem at all. Spacious and lovely room. The bonus is free breakfast. We would love to come back again next time!"

"Nice location. Very beautiful surroundings. My room was kinda small, but well equipped. Just be aware that the wooden structure inevitably introduces some noise. The breakfast was ok, but the view was definitely a bonus point!"

"What a place. We stayed in the Great Glen review which had the most amazing, massive, comfortable bed with sheets that smelled divine and allowed us to have an incredible 9 hour sleep which was needed before climbing Ben Nevis. JJ gave us some great tips for the rest of our trip and Jo was fab at making sure we had everything we needed at breakfast. The views are amazing and the whole house was modern enough to have everything you needed but cosy enough to properly relax. Thank you for having us! (special shout out to Tigger the gorgeous ginger cat who gave me some lovely fusses after a long day hiking! And Taz the Terrier of course!)"

"We had reason to go onto this hotel to complain about the restaurant, we didn't stay here so only have experience of the staff. The reception wasn't manned, the person who came when we rang the bell seemed nonplussed. We asked to speak to the manager who.....surprise, surprise was the chef from our bad experience the night before. The hotel and restaurant are trying so hard to be high end but the only thing high end is the price (certainly in the restaurant but judging by the grubby reception, the hotel is no better). The chef in the restaurant acting as the manager of the hotel is just weird and he doesn't seem to excel at either. Save your money!"
