It's in the city center, so it's good to explore the city, but there are no parking spaces.
It is newly opened, so it is very nice and clean.
The restaurant is very upscale and a bit expensive.
The sink in the bathroom is a bit uncomfortable

There was remnants from the previous reservation in my room… like red petals, a bottle of wine, and 2 balloons. Just doesn’t make me feel the best knowing these items weren’t cleaned. Makes me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. Very nice people, great food downstairs, and fun stuff to do around the hotel. All in all, it was just a decent stay.

Excellenance in customer service and customer satisfaction from the start of your stay to the time of check out. The valet team is amazing and took great care of me and my daughter, from opening doors for us to using an umbrella to make sure were dry during a thunderstorm. They always had smiles on their faces. The front staff and the bellman made sure everything wad taken care of including sending a bottle of champagne to our room to help us celebrate my birthday. I would recommend to everyone.

One of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It should cost twice as much as it does. From the quality of the linens, the perfect location and sheer elegance of this place, it is absolutely fantastic

I booked three rooms for two nights through *******.
Then I went back and booked direct for one more night. Thursday night was great Friday we wake up and are out shopping when we get a phone call that we don’t have reservations for two of the rooms and have to leave!!! Then Sinclair hotel charges me for that one room. So we will never stay there again.

The hotel was beautiful, service was great, room was clean and well appointed. The tech was cool. The only misstep was the fancy drawer fridge wasn’t working so they stuck a mini-fridge in the entryway. It was in the way and it had not been emptied from previous tenants.
