We have stayed here half a dozen times and usually it really good. This stay was just okay. Room was a little worn but clean. Fruit that was out in the eating area when we arrived was old. The worst was we needed to be on the road at 6am and we're going to grab breakfast, but it wasn't ready yet.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to New York City for a carnival cruise. We did not want to spend the night in New York City so this hotel was a perfect spot right off the highway. It's right next to a grocery store and a Walmart as well as a couple restaurants. I have no interest in New York City but if I ever return to that area I would stay here again

Overall, the hotel was nice. Some construction going on. I requested a handicapped room due to balance issues. My bad impression came when I went to take a shower and grabbed the grab bar - and it gave way. Luckily, I didn’t fall but it didn’t leave me with a warm fuzzy

Great location for access to holiday events. Yes, the building has many signs posted stating it is under renovation, so I will excuse the "unwelcoming" front entryway. However, the rooms appear clean at first glance, but don't look too close. Evidence of insects behind the curtains and dust, cobwebs and trash in corners. They smell stale & the rugs are filthy which the brown and black print cannot disguise.

Had a very nice stay over Thanksgiving holiday visiting family in New jersey. Nice breakfast. Ample parking very nice employees at this Hotel. Rooms very nice clean and spacious. Will return

Finishing up a remodeling project, but this is as nice of a Hampton Inn as I’ve been in. The room included a love seat and the common areas were exceptional.

The property was close to our wedding venue. We arrived in the middle of massive construction. The property appeared to be closed when we arrived with chain link fence around the entrance. Piles of debris in the parking areas and no discernible signage to direct to the office, We nearly left thinking they were demolishing the building. I peaked in a window and found that the check in desk was open and we checked in. At 6:00 am the next morning we were awakened by very loud beeping alarms and then severe pounding coming from the roof directly over our room. I thought they were again demolishing the building as we raced out of the room and into the hall ways. It turned out to be construction equipment and heavy sledge hammers being used on the roof. The noise and chaos continued for our entire four day stay. We were told the construction would not happen again on the first day but it went on all weekend.

Getting to the hotel was very difficult. There was construction staff could not tell us how to get around it. The police officer who was assigned to the construction was unable to assist. It took us an extra hour to get to the hotel because of a lack of information to help us with a detour. Once we got to the hotel there was also construction. It took us a while to find our way around the hotel. Due to the construction we could not use the regular enterance. We had to find a side door. Because of the construction the side doors were left unlocked all night which is Union the morning there was construction on the roof of the hotel. It was loud and woke us up. It was not a good stay.
The staff was nice and did the best they could under the circumstances.
