Checkin with Roxy was very nice, very informative. We have mutual friends as I lived on STX for16 yrs. Stayed “West” because our son has a business there. However, after a few days we inquired about the ice machine . There isn’t one???? In a hotel? Room was clean. Only a bed and small nightstand. No safe. No desk. No chair. Bare minimum for a maximum price. Never again.

The staff are very warm and welcoming! Mrs. Veronica and the entire team (cleaning and security) went above our expectations to make my family and I feel at home! The room is exceptionally clean and comfortable with nice decor!! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting in the area. The view from our room is beautiful!

For an older hotel, this has been renovated nicely but it is the staff that make this place so exceptional. Genuinely friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and kind, everyone goes above and beyond expectations. Roxy was particularly helpful, witty and insightful. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The ceiling fan was not working but the gave me another fan. Older building but nice. The sea view from the balcony was beautiful.

The room that was issued me has a shattered sliding door. Although the glass was taped, i didn't feel comfortable there, so my request to switch to another room was granted.

I have used this property many times and it always works fine for me. Clean rooms with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The courtyard breakfast is always a bonus. Wish there was an food option on site in the afternoon. Much like a late evening happy hour with bites
