In June, I stayed at the New Brookfields for business, so I had to interact with employees of different depar**ents, and I am pleased to express my experience during my stay. First, I want to use this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to one of the managers (Kadija) for her professionalism. Since I was at the NBH for business and the business's fluidity, I had many changes to my meeting schedules and reservations of meeting halls and rooms for my international guests. Still, Kadija was always willing and able to work with me to accommodate those changes before and during our stay at the NBH. You were phenomenal, and your hospitality was impeccable. I honestly appreciate your customer service since it’s something that’s not common in Sierra Leone. I must also commend the front desk staff members, including Kai and the guy that worked overnight. They were very helpful. Pa Fullah was also helping me out with ironing, which I appreciated a lot. The Food and Beverage guys worked with me several times, including taking and delivering my orders late. They ensured the halls were organized per our specifications, even in emergencies. I am grateful to them. I regret, however, to express my disappoin**ent about Susan whom I believe is one of your managers. I had a couple of experiences with her that were not pleasant. She was rude and unprofessional with me regarding issues that could have quickly been settled. I had to assert myself as a customer to have those issues resolved. It took the intervention of your front desk staff to resolve the issues. She is unlike the rest of the team, and I feel obliged to bring this to your notice. I would be remiss if I ended this piece without mentioning Aisha, who was always very pleasant to me. Finally, despite the little speck, I will repeatedly choose the New BrookFields Hotel and will always recommend your establishment to my family and friends. It was nice doing business with you. You Rock.
