This is a fine hotel with ample facilities including 27 holes golfcourse next door. We had nice room next to main building,although no structural airco the room was nicely cooled. Carpeting should be renewed. A mistake happened at the restaurant, but this was adequately taken. Proffesional staff. Can certainly recommend.

Wir bedanke uns von Herzen für die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit in der Friedrichsruhe. Wir wurden von Beginn an mit einer außergewöhnlich schönen und tollen Gastfreundschaft empfangen und es wurde für den gesamten Zeitraum des Aufenthalts eine wundervolle Atmosphäre der Entspannung geschaffen. Ein großes Lob an die gastronomische und kulinarische Vielfalt.Wir waren wunschlos glücklich. Vielen Dank auch an das Spa Team, welches dafür sorgt, das man in Ruhe entspannen und dem Alltag entfliehen kann. Wir bedanken uns für den rundum gelungenen Urlaub in der Friedrichsruhe und freuen uns sehr auf den nächsten Besuch. Herzliche und sonnige Grüße

Wir können dieses Hotel zu 100 prozent weiter empfehlen . Das personal ist überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Das Frühstück ist hervorragend . Hier wird an nichts gespart auch nicht im Wellnessbereich ,hier ist schon morgens um 7 Uhr der offene Kamin (mit Holz geheizt) im Schwimmbad an wo man herrliche schwimmen kann bei 31C warmem Wasser auch im Freien .Die vielen Ruheräume sind alle sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber.wir kommen wieder .

Tolles Hotel, mega-leckeres Essen, besondere Empfehlung: Tartar!, toller Service. Lediglich die Deckenlampe funktionierte nicht und konnte auch nicht während des Aufenthalts repariert werden (war zwar auf einmal an, nach dem Ausschalten ließ sie sich aber wieder nicht einschalten).

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel und waren mit dem Service wirklich sehr zufrieden. Leider gab es ein paar Punkte die wir nicht so gut fanden. Zum einen dass im SPA Bereich der nasse Boden nicht trocken gewischt wird. Es bilden sich riesige Wasserstellen und das ist leider auch gefährlich da man mit den Badeschuhen dort sehr schnell ausrutscht. Die Pools waren für unser Gefühl etwas zu kalt. Wir waren abends in der Jägerschänke essen und leider gar nicht zufrieden. Das Essen war total ungewürzt und für die Preise erwartet man dann doch mehr. Außerdem war hier der Service leider nicht gut, die Dame war sehr kurz angebunden und nicht freundlich. Das Spa Bistro können wir ebenfalls empfehlen, sehr leckeres Essen und auch das Frühstück war wunderbar.

Die Friedrichsruhe ist leicht von der Autobahn erreichbar (Ausf. Neuenstein), Die Lage ist schön, wirklich in ruhiger Lage. Das Dorf ist einigen Minuten entfernt. Ich war auf der Durchfahrt nach Franken, daher ohne Übernachtung. Ich hatte m einen Hund dabei und die nette Dame an der Rezeption bot an, meinen Hund am Empfang bei ihr zu lassen. Eine sehr nette Geste. Ich ließ dann meinen Hund doch lieber im Auto. Die Frühstücksräume liegen zum Park, mit netter Aussicht auf das alte Schloss. Es ist ein weitläufiger Komplex, wobei die Restaurants im Hauptkomplex liegen. Der Empfang war sehr nett und das Büffet machte einen netten Eindruck: Eine Frühstückskarte offeriert dann wirklich außergewöhnliche Extras (inkludiert) außer Kaviar und Champagner; Sehr leckeres Brot vom örtlichen Bäcker, die Brötchen standen dem Brot aber hinterher. schönes Angebot an Marmeladen; In einer Kühltheke finden sich Gläschen mit allerlei leckerem in Fisch und Pasteten , Aufschnitt - der Rohs*****en war ein bischen arg trocken aber sehr lecker. Es gab eine weitere Vitrine mit verschiedenen Obstsorten - Papaya und gereifte Mango war sehr lecker. Reichhaltige und gute Käseauswahl (leider ohne Beschriftung) Von der Karte bestellte ich mir ein leckeres Rührei mit Chili; auf Münchner Würstle oder ä. war mein Magen noch nicht vorbereitet, die Auswahl ist aber wirklich toll. Natürlich gabs auch leckere Säfte, und Smashs sowie Sekt und alkoholfreien Sekt. Ein gelungener Start für die Weiterfahrt ins Frankenland. Sehr schöne Spazierwege rund um das Anwesen

Leider erfolgte während der Tagungungspause kein Service, abräumen des Geschirrs auffüllen der Getränke.... Keine Hinweisschilder vom/im Hotel zu den Tagungsräumen. Keine Möglichkeit direkt über überdachten Flur zum Tagungsraum (Regen).

Wir waren das erste mal in ihrem Hause und mit der gesamten Einrichtung sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders im SPA Bereich konnten wir das wechselhafte Wetter sehr gut überbrücken. Da wir Golfer sind werden wir sicherlich wieder kommen.
