There are large bungalows in the nearby shopping area, which are enough.

Very good choice, next to a huge Mall, shopping and eating is very convenient, the hotel breakfast is simple but nutritious. The hotel room is large, with a wide view, very nice.

Hyatt Dallas was a beautiful hotel and a great stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. They beds and pillows were comfortable! Husband and I had a great stay here. The only thing in room dining service was horrible. We ordered in one night and they got the order wrong and the food was cold, however the manager did the right thing and refunded us the amount. We would definitely stay here again!!

I planned the stay for my birthday. My daughters stayed with me. We had a wonderful time! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the access to the mall.

Petar the server at Copper and Steel was amazing, as were the chefs! They created a delicious and beautifully plated meal (spare rib). Even the burgers were delicious. Breakfast buffet was great as was the morning staff. Check in staff were warm and pleasing as well. Great stay! P.S. Excellent parking!

This hotel has the uniqueness of close, walkable shopping, dining, and entertainment all within Frisco. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet.

A great location. Quiet floor (16th) was nice. Only problems were the bed was so incredibly soft (left with a back ache) and the desk chair is a serial killer. It is heavy with no handles or way to grip it to move it. Most annoying is that it has no wheels and the feet are thin and sharp (yes… it cut my foot when attempting to move it). The chair is dangerous. Not sure why they allow it on the property. Beware.

Loved everything about my stay. Staff was really friendly and happy to help. Room was nice and clean. Connected to the mall so convenient for my leisure trip. 10/10 will definitely be back!

Housekeeping never came in or refreshed towels. When I checked out they said I already checked out on the TV and they had me in a different room. No one was in the room we were assigned according to hotel system… they lost us. I guess that’s why we got zero housekeeping.

We loved the room. It was clean and comfortable. Our only small complaint was that the coffee shop was understaffed and it took a while to get coffee in the morning. Other than that, we had a great stay.

The stay was very comfortable. Beds are extremely comfortable. The food was quite good at their restaurant. Only negative was there are not enough staff to equip baggage carry. As we are elderly we had to carry our luggage to our room by ourselves and this was uncomfortable for us that are a bit handicapped. And I’m opposed to the shower soaps and shampoos in the refillable canisters. I find that unsanitary and unsafe.

Cleanliness of the room overall was good. However, the coffee bar was not clean, and the bathroom toilet was not clean. I did not take photos. The door walking into the bathroom needed to clean as well.

Excellent staff and property. Rooms were spotless and very quiet. Esther was lovely when she checked us in. Overall, a great stay and this hotel will be my go-to place to stay in Dallas.

Our stay for our anniversary was amazing! The hotel was beautiful and easy to get to. Also, everything was in close vicinity. The staff was great and the room was clean and beautiful as well. Overall we will definitely book again!
