The staff here are amazing so helpful even the house keeping offered to help with the luggage everyone spoke English first which I found great my only issue as the Wi-Fi was disconnected on morning we we leaving but you don’t have to vacate your room till 12 we have stayed here 3 times and would recommend to anyone to stay there.

I stayed at the Premier Inn - Preston for one night. I'd had a long car journey and so was delighted to arrive at the hotel. The Receptionist greeted me warmly and quickly checked me in and ensured that I was aware of everything that I needed to be aware of (restaurant/timings etc). The room had a lovely big and comfortable bed and was well cared for. The breakfast was excellent.

Me my husband and two children stayed here after a day at Blackpool zoo. We stayed in room 22 a family room. Our whole experience was brilliant. Check in smooth. Room spotless and had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. We all slept great. Very quiet. Connecting door at reception to the pub next door. We ate dinner and breakfast there. 10/10 that again was spotless, food and drinks very nice and staff fantastic. We will definitely be recommending and staying again.

Staying in premier inn was always great decision and never let me down. Beds are always very confy. Rooms are really neat and clean and reception staff is lovely as well. Whenever I come to preston to visit my family, I always prefer to stay at this branch.

The room was great and so clean. I needed a few extra items such as sugar and milks and a towel and I asked a really friendly lady, I'm sure her name was Kelly from housekeeping, for some and she was amazing and made sure we had these with a huge smile. She is a great asset to your team. Thank you to her!

Premier Inn is a fantastic hotel chain known for its comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great value for money. The rooms are clean and cozy, perfect for a good night's sleep. My stay at Premier Inn Preston East was truly enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was spotless and well-appointed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable. Despite being close to the motorway, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to relax undisturbed.

Staff are very rude. Was having a drink in bar with colleagues at 21:50 and staff turned lights out whilst we were sitting there , breakfast was not good again staff unfriendly and food was below average At check out receptionist did not acknowledge any of us 6 people in total Serious lack of customer service
