房間明顯比酒店寬敞很多，乾淨整潔，還可以洗衣服。有事和店家聯繫很方便，店家迴應及時。不足之處是不能行李寄存，春節期間室內温度不高，可能供暖不是很好，有空調可以取暖。

房子的位置不錯，在景區直通車池西區落客點對面的小區，兩室一廳，打掃得很乾凈，冰箱裏也乾乾淨淨，微波爐可以隨時熱點食品，一家幾口住在這裏那是再方便不過了。熱水器容量稍小，夏天無所謂，但冬天可能就會有點冷，廁所的馬桶蓋最好換一個，現在的這個不配套，小了一圈，還有就是廁所的窗户能不能貼張防透光的紙呢？花費不大卻能保護私隱，兩全其美啊

走南闖北住過非常多家的民宿，康康家是最好的！白色裝飾一眼看上去顯得超級乾淨。地理位置好，過馬路正對面就是歐亞商業中心，再往前就是西景區售票處。離松江河鎮裏的農貿市場開車不到10分鐘，購物及買菜非常方便。老闆娘很熱情，管理上也很人性化，設備應有盡有，冰箱，洗衣機，熱水器，電磁爐，微波爐，電飯鍋以及炒菜的大勺等廚房用品應有盡有，就連洗髮護髮和沐浴露也都給顧客準備好了，看得出老闆娘非常用心的再經營。晚上坐在客廳裏的吧枱前，邊喝酒邊看電視，非常愜意。實際和照片一樣，沒有任何區別，這裏就沒有再拍了。下次還會過來住！五星好評！
