Excellent service and the room is really spacious and clean. It’s close to the shopping mall as well so it’s convenient for food and shopping. I would recommend it to anyone who is wanting to stay in this area.

嘉悦酒店的服務實在是太好了!辦理入住的時候看我們帶了個孩子主動給我們升級了房型，給了我們更大的空間，還特意把我們的行李送上樓。辦理入住時送了給孩子很可愛的小玩偶，真的很少有酒店這樣很貼心，早餐也準備的很不錯。酒店後面還有河景主題公園，晚上帶着家人來這裏散步，特別的舒服。另外平時進出酒店遇到的每一位工作人員都會熱情的向你打招呼，真的有種特別温暖的感覺，值得推薦。

酒店前台男帥女美形象氣質佳，服務態度熱情周到，手機充電線忘記帶了，給前台致電，一會就有服務人員親自送到。
房間整潔衞生，温馨舒適，隔音降噪。床鋪軟和愜意，淋浴出熱水很快，水量大，洗澡非常舒服，空調製冷充足，特別給力。
早餐豐富多樣，菜品令人滿意。整體五星好評，下次來阜陽出差還會繼續入住。

環境很上檔次，裝修精緻，房間也很乾凈。自助餐講究也很好吃。特別是前台小姐姐温柔、幹練、有耐心。樓下就是萬達廣場，順便買了個東西。一開始怕沒有停車位的，結果停車位很多還免費。總體感受是物超所值，好評！
