前台服務人員，服務意識不強，可能年齡小的問題，管理培訓不是很到位，其他服務都還好，房間條件一般，第一晚入住大床，白天身上有點微微發癢，設施老舊，部分有破損，有圖片，十一國慶滾動屏上每天有特價房88元詢問根本沒有，存在虛假宣傳！

賓館衞生間的紙非常差，在衞生間洗澡下水不通暢，沒辦法一下去，撥打8888總枱電話説下水不通暢，打了兩次電話20分鐘都沒有來處理

整體環境一般，前台年輕的服務人員，可能年齡問題，服務意識不強，有點掉臉，房間設施一般，這價位房間電吹風機都沒有，税點説好10點，朋友退房開票變成15，有點太隨意！酒店性價比不高，各方麪條件都很一般
