房子很大，三張大床都挺舒適，夜晚安靜，有陽台可晾衣服。
距離三坊七巷很近步行10分鐘可達。福州一日遊，去了三坊七巷和夜遊閩江，很開心的行程。（我們還預約了三坊七巷的收費講解，挺不錯的）
我們自駕前來，停車過夜今兒好像沒有上限，20小時用了110元，出車時嚇了一跳。不過老城區停車確實緊張，可以理解。

就在三坊七巷旁邊，還有個美食街，位置很好，逛街區或者吃東西都很方便。有三個房間，都比較大，整套房子除了衹有一個衞生間比較可惜外，其他真的沒有毛病了。很晚到的福州，但是房東也能及時回覆信息，感恩。

位置絕佳，房間佈置美式風格，收拾得也很乾凈整潔，小區雖説頗有年代感，勝在極其便利的交通，寬敞的客廳讓入住的我們五人無侷促感，唯一一點遺憾就是衹有一個衞生間略有不適應。感謝房東的耐心，祝生意興隆！

6人入住該民宿三天，大家感覺舒適便利，出行十分便捷，幾步就到三坊七巷，周邊好吃的太多了，菜市場很近，西湖公園也近，如果熱水器用天燃氣的，多一個衞生間就更完美了，給個大大的👍👍👍

坐落於市中心，逛景點、吃飯都很便利，老闆會提前發線路視頻，我們不小心打碎了一個杯子，老闆也沒要賠付，還幫我們延後了半小時退房時間。總之，是一次很開心的旅程😀

小區離景點很近，樓下就是小吃街，走路去三坊七巷五分鐘就到了～很方便！房東人很好，同意我們晚一小時退房讓我們放行李。
