1室1衞的單元房。房間住的好冷啊，沒有熱空調，設施有些陳舊，床墊子非常硬。最方便的就是交通便利，出門有1號地鐵，5分鐘就到了三坊七巷，旁邊緊挨着烏塔公園，可以上山轉轉，風景秀美。不計較住宿條件的，可以選來住宿。

就在三坊七巷附近，非常近！負一層就是地鐵站，福州的中心位置，房間很大，廚具，廁所，陽台，衣櫃應有盡有，沒有異味，價格還便宜！特別滿意！
