개인 주차장과, 주차장에서 연결되는 숙소까지 동선도 너무 편리했고, 프라이빗한 느낌을 주어 더 좋았던 숙소였어요!
늦은시간에 도착했는데도 친절하게 안내 해주셔서 감사했습니다!

분명 트립닷컴에서 복층으로 예약하고 갔는데 도착해보니까 일반 단층룸으로 예약 되어져 있었고 숙소 관계자 분께 문의해보니까 여러 숙소예약사이트에 복층룸이랑 단층룸이랑 가격대를 아예 다르게 등록해놨는데 제가 예약한 금액대는 복층을 예약할 수가 없는 금액대라면서 이 부분은 트립닷컴 쪽에 직접 문의를 해봐야 한다고 하더라구요? 그래서 트립닷컴 쪽에 계속 문의 전화 걸어봤는데 안 받길래 그냥 포기했습니다,,^^ 사실 단층룸이랑 복층룸 가격이 그렇게 많이 차이는 안 났어서 그렇기도 하고 단층룸도 나름 쓸만했고 서비스도 너무 좋았기 때문에 그냥 조용히 넘어가는데 트립닷컴 관계자분 이 글 보고 계시다면 일처리 제대로 하셨으면 좋겠습니다. 제가 갔을 당시에 저같은 일을 겪으신 손님 분이 한 팀 더 있다고 숙소 관계자분께 들었거든요. 그분은 어떤 사이트에서 예약했는지 모르겠지만요. 해외여행 숙소 예약했을 때는 이런 경우가 한 번도 없었는데.. 암튼 숙소 이용하는데는 문제 없었지만 금액적인 부분을 손해본 게 기분이 영 좋진 않네요.
