真的是意外的驚喜！老闆的品味真的很贊，房間的佈置和傢俱配套用品全部用了古典的中式風格，衞生整潔，家庭房配套齊全，兩張床都特別大特別舒服，還有方便快捷的凈水加熱系統，讓你隨時都能喝上100度的純凈熱水，老闆人也特別貼心，提前打電話確認到達時間，把進門密碼提前發給我們，還給房間提前開好暖氣，到達的時候還看到老闆專程坐在樓下等我們，告訴我們停車的地方，等着我們進房間才離開！真的感覺像是回自己家一樣的暖心！太難忘的一次住宿了！感恩遇到這樣的好民宿！我女兒都捨不得換地方了

民宿環境真的很好，人還沒到，老闆已經幫忙把暖氣開好了😁衞生方面真的很乾凈，一家人住的很開心。房間到處都是細節。地理位置也不錯，離江南宋城很近。

個人非常滿意，民宿房間很大，裝修也舒服。位處在舊區，去不同景點都很方便。至於舊區，雖然很多店舖都在裝修，但又有很多有歷史感的小店，如賣本土蛋糕，插頭等。雖然這些店不會特別吸引我去逛，但這些店的存在讓舊區有種活着的歷史感。
我覺得贛州對旅遊的努力是有大決心的，但有一個大問題，那就是蚊子不少，這就挺影響旅遊心情的。希望贛州會越來越好吧。

是一棟別墅大屋子裡的二樓一個套間，一樓共用客廳廚房都很大，二樓獨立套間有兩層，一樓客廳二樓卧室，整體物超所值有驚喜。地點很靠近宋城老城，基本都是步行一公里範圍，國慶還沒怎麼加價，良心老闆。跟房東聊了會兒天説是自己設計的屋子，也是祖宅改建的，挺好。

民宿在標準鍾附近，離宋城不夜城、浮橋、灶兒巷也很近，訂的是豪華家庭房，房間很大，老闆在房間備了糖果、玩具車，很適合帶小朋友來住，老闆很熱情，介紹我們去吃正宗的當地菜，如果衞生巾間和浴室的空間能弄大一點就更好了，洗澡位置小，總是碰到牆壁。

超級無敵棒的地方，一樓是公共空間，二樓有三間套房。我們的套房在最裡面，套房裡面還有兩個閣樓，太爽了，裝修環境一頂一，走十幾分鐘就是大宋不夜城，五分鐘就到一個很原汁原味的古村。圖中都是走路就能到的景點，大宋不夜城，郁孤台，董府，古城墻，浮橋。城市夜景是回家路上拍的，不在贛州哈哈！圖一是套房客廳和套房的隔間門。
