環境：樓下就有飯館，不遠處也餐飲店、商店。
設施：基本設施該有的都有，房間有個大衣櫃和掛衣架是沒有想到的。燈光設計得太爛了，照度不行，色温偏高，沒有卧室該有的舒適感；木地板和牆面已經出現了破損。
衞生：書桌、洗手盆沒清洗乾淨，水垢、塵垢明顯可見；床單有辣椒紅油的污漬殘餘沒清洗乾淨。

房間衞生不過關，桌上凳子上都是灰塵，牆壁上臟兮兮的，設施陳舊，放了半個小時都沒熱水，冷冰冰的沒法洗澡，客服説熱水器壞了，找人來修，修了以後水還是温的，沒法洗澡，空調內外機聲音巨大，價格擺在這裏，下次不會定了。

距離贛州站很近，叫車五元左右。前台熱情，給幾個房間讓我選。房間空間大，有大窗户，外面也不算吵，臨街那條馬路沒甚麼人和車。不過房內設施有待改善，電視和電話都壞了，我就懶換房間了。wifi快，空調和熱水都無問題。

酒店距贛州站不是太遠。酒店設施還是比較陳舊的，但是床上用品乾淨整潔讓人躺着舒坦，更重要的是在28日入住時前台接待一位女士和藹可親，笑臉相迎，給我有賓至如歸感受，如有機會希望下次能再相見她
