以前行政房裡小冰箱裏還有四五瓶飲料，現在取消了。以前的一次性白色拖鞋感覺很有檔次，現在變成了灰色的薄薄的拖鞋。

優點：空間很大，三個人住綽綽有餘，如果兩個孩子住也不會侷促。服務大部分都很好，前台小姐姐很熱情，還送了禮物，裏面有一個杯子，正好用來泡茶喝，挺好的。早餐人很多，五一黃金週，這個沒辦法避免，品種挺多，不過兩天都去的較晚，有些都沒了，咖啡很不錯，好喝。還有免費洗衣服務很好，因為去的兩天都下雨，衣服都淋濕了，結果很快就洗好送過來，這個真的很棒。
缺點：酒店設施裝修比較陳舊，早餐吃飯服務一般，第一天因為中午有人結婚，還了圓桌且佔用了部分空間，吃早餐的人像打仗一樣，有些人直接站着吃，我打豆漿，豆漿機下面託盤突然翻到，灑一身豆漿，也沒人管，我叫了旁邊一個服務員，她好像很不耐煩白了我一眼，一句話也沒説，感覺態度真的很差，除了這個，其他服務都不錯，

不錯的酒店，交通方便，距贛州站打車10元（公交兩站0.9元），酒店衞生乾淨房間無異味，餐食方便，馬路對面多家餐館，酒店出門往西不到一公里就是一條美食街。附近多條交通線路可前往城內各處，打車更方便。

在攜程網訂的酒店，性價比很高，價格不貴，酒店檔次很高。入住酒店時，接待的前台服務人員很熱情，特別是小楊業務很熟練 ，辦理入住很快，還給升級了客房。看我們行李比較多，又帶着寶寶，特意找了行李車，又由一個小帥哥幫忙把行李送到了房間。小楊還很細心給寶寶送了小童牙刷牙膏和拖鞋。房間很大衞生乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，設施齊全，使用方便。早餐品種比較多，質量很好。地下停車場停車方便。這樣的酒店值得推薦。

酒店真心不錯，服務意識非常高，感謝前台帥哥免費升級了房間還送了禮物，開心😁早餐豐富，有甜酒雞蛋很喜歡，退房時忘了東西在酒店，馬上打電話給我，前台美女馬上去取下來，避免我誤了火車，下一程寧都，一看果斷又定了沃爾頓酒店的連鎖店，希望繼續

一次非常愉快的入住體驗。辦理入住的時候身份證忘在了前台，前台的服務員蘇暖年不僅親自給我送到房間，還贈送了禮物和水果，態度和藹，讓人感到温暖。我想這種服務的温度才是客人最需要的體驗吧。沃爾頓雖然衹是四星級酒店，服務卻超過了很多五星級酒店，值得推薦。前台的小王開發票的時候也很耐心，感覺不錯，也贊一個！

來贛州出差好幾次啦，對沃爾頓的印象很好，所以每次都會定這裏的房間，這次還主動升級了房間，一個人睡大大一張床，非常舒適.
設施：設施新，大廳寬敞氣派
衞生：房間非常乾淨整潔，特別值得一提的是床品枕頭很舒適，軟硬適中，睡得很舒服. 廁所裏還準備了一次性馬桶套，太貼心了吧~
環境：堪比五星級酒店
服務：前台服務人員熱情周到
