Always smile! Infront of the building a lot of mess/ cigaerette butts. Dont know if somebody’s cleaning it. Requested for a TV remote because we do not have it inside our room it took more than 2 hours, I still need to make a call to follow up the status of my request before they gave us. Needs to improve customer service.

No wifi in 5th floor. TV is not working (no signal and no channel). Heater/AC is too noisy when it running at night. I requested room service at 11 AM when I going out but nothing was done. Front desk said they switched us to a better room on the system but forgot to let us know to get the new key to switch to the better room. Hence, we have to continue staying the room until we check out.

This qas a great place to stay. A little bit away from the main hotel areas near DLR and the convention center but still a good choice. Really clean, staff was great, room was spacious, parking rate was reasonable. Will be staying here again.

Nicely new renovated hotel, it’s located close to asian town which is perfect for us. The area around the hotel seems a little bit unsafe but as long as you stay within the hotel zone I think you should be fine. The first night there, the hotel lost its power but the clerk told us ahead of time while checking in, they even subtracted one parking day from that. ($20/day very expensive but I guess it’s CA thing). overall, I would definitely come back

We checked in on a Wednesday and checked out on a Monday. We did not receive a cleaning on the 3rd day as promised even though we notified the front desk on Saturday evening after coming back to no toilet paper or clean towels. They promised someone would come the next day (Sunday) but when we came back to our room late in the afternoon our room had not been cleaned. There was a maid on our floor and we told her that our room had been skipped and she notified that our room was not on her list to be cleaned but she would come in and clean it before she headed out for the day. We received cleaning in the 5th day finally but checked out the next morning.

Staff was friendly. Everything was new and clean. However, the bed was so uncomfortable! My husband and I could barely sleep. It was rock hard and made us sore the next day.
