Awful. The worst trea**ent of my life, I went with foreign clients and a very unpleasant experience. We left without spending a night. Bad trea**ent, small room, flooded toilet. Totally misleading photos. NOTHING recommended

Lack of generosity ********* on the part of the owners, who are the ones who serve you (and generosity does not exclude them from earning money, which is what a business is for). The peace of the environment is not at all coherent with their behavior...I tell you: -For an ice cream (white label) and half a Neapolitan for breakfast they charged me 5 euros. When I asked how much each item cost, the owner responded, "I've kept an eye on it," justifying the high price due to the environment where we were. I realized that he was laughing at me. - They have a somewhat strange buffet concept (which they offer at breakfast)... you only have one chance to order what you want and they tell you several times to eat it all (wouldn't it be more coherent if they let you get what you want? What do you want so as not to ask for more than necessary at once and so on for less?). - A guest ordered a second coffee and the waitress forgot to charge it to the bill when he asked for it. He ran in front of everyone to tell them that he was going to sign it up... Up to this point everything will be very legal... but it will be ugly for a while. That's all said in a very smiling way. - They told us that they would clean our room during the day and they forgot. The owner smiled and apologized to us and that's it, saying that the girl who is in charge of it had forgotten. This would not be a problem, because it is normal that these things can happen... But since they act only out of self-interest and without empathy, then I include it too. It is a shame that in such a beautiful haven of peace you encounter these behaviors... which is the last thing you expect in a place that invites you to be kind, hospitable, grateful and spiritual. I give a 2 and not a 1, because of the environment, which is not to blame...and yes, it is beautiful and the weather is great!! I hope it helps you!!

Fuimos el fin de semana a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi marido y no salimos del complejo. TODO ESTUPENDO. El trabajo de Dana y Valentina lo hizo mucho más agradable. La comida excelente, pero mejor el trato. Os damos las gracias por todo. Un beso.
