老闆娘很熱情。住三樓雖沒電梯但衹需走半層樓梯，有仃車場仃車仃在屋裡。24小時熱水也可以，唯一缺點是衞生間不是座便，對長者有點不方便。

就在客運站旁，衞生條件一般，沒有空調，空間還可以，老闆比較熱情！有點尷尬的是掛牌價比平台價低。

門面看着不起眼，房間很乾凈，設定齊全。車可以停室內，老闆和老闆娘非常好，門口公交車站是起終點，去哪裡都方便。老闆早上做的米線好吃，隨便加量。門口胖子蒸的包子也好吃。本來準備路過去梨花谷，結果住了3天。很不錯，下次去箇舊還是這家。

箇舊這個價位的房間真的不行，訂房還鬧了個曲折離奇古怪，攜程官方處理效率很及時滿意，就是賓館房間訊息有誤，整的人很不愉快的一次入住。不要加錢開帶空調的圓床房間（其他房間都沒有安裝空調）帶空調的房間陰冷返潮，空調衹能開除濕。
