August 12, 2023 now called Vino Q Room was arranged through a tour company so not surprised that we got worst room in the hotel. In the attic with sloping ceilings on both sides…..no wifi….and TV offering worse than we saw the previous week in Czech Republic….on top of all of this - The air conditioner in room did not work….and blackout curtains had been removed. Given room faced southwest….full on sun through skimpy shade blinds all afternoon with temp hitting 30 degrees in the room through the afternoon. Tried emailing hotel given a self check in model with no actual staff working in hotel. Waited an hour for reply prior to calling tour company who advised - new owners in last 2 months and self check in was new….they contacted hotel concerning air conditioner and advised that someone was going to come by to address ….. Another hour passed and we reached out yet again….hotel could not locate anyone on a Saturday afternoon but did not bother to advise….offered to buy us a beer in their restaurant…. WE had to ask….if you can’t fix air conditioner can you at least get us a fan….that took another hour Even when sun has set….crappy skylight windows had to be propped open with empty water bottles as hinge mechanisms have failed…. Sorry but this place is a joke…no cares as to service ….no taking ownership of situation…. Been travelling through Czech Republic and Austria for past 10 days and by far the the most disappointing experience to date AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bin geschäftlich unterwegs zahle fürs zimmer deutlich mehr sodas das abendessen +getränke mit drinne sind.aber der küche hatt 3tage in der woche zu oder 4 tage zu das in 3 wochen 10 tage ohne sonntag 7 tage wo ich kein essen bekomme im hotel.Der bezitser hab ich gesprochen aber der macht sich keen kopf der kneift schön im faustschen und lacht der denkt nur über sein gewinn seine gäste probleme sind ja nicht seine,were ich alleine hier were ich schon weg zu ein anderes hotel weil es mir ärgert das der besitzer sich nicht kümmert um seine gäste. Hotel ist auf sich gut mann kann in der kleine innenstad zu fuß und einkaufen gehen zu fuß der zimmer sind oke für ne durchreise.

Man fühlt sich als Gäste 2. Kategorie. Am ersten Abend Restaurant geschlossen wegen geschlossener Gesellschaft, am zweiten Abend Wintergarten geschlossen wegen Fenstertag. Man merkt insgesamt sehr, dass das Hotel keine Konkurrenz hat.

Zimmer großzügig, aber Ausstattung doch schon recht gebraucht, wenn auch in funktionierendem Zustand. Teppiche teilweise von der Sonne schon verblichen, Stühle im Zimmer mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Lampen komplett aus einer anderen vergangenen Epoche. Rezeption in den Randzeiten nicht besetzt, somit kein Service zwischen 18 und 8 Uhr. In Notfällen aber telefonisch erreichbar. Frühstück in Ordnung Viele TV Programme des Free TV Bereich verschlüsselt und nicht frei empfangbar. Bäder ebenfalls großzügig, aber Barrierefreiheit mit Abstrichen nur mit genießbar. Sen. Chef des Hauses freundlich aber listig und nachtragend. Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus. Gewinnorientiert! Restaurant des Hauses hat am Wochenende (Sa, So, Mo) geschlossen. Sollte das Hotel eine Gesellschaft/ Feier haben, ist auch mal bis spät in den Abend / Nacht ohne Vorwarnung mit Lärm zu leben. Leider das einzige Hotel im Ort, was den Namen Hotel auch verdient. Somit keine Konkurrenz vor Ort, die den Preisdruck, Servicedruck oder Ausstattungsdruck erhöhen würde. Für das was geboten wird, hat das Haus wohl ein Stern zuviel
