The first time to give a hotel a direct negative review! The service of this small hotel is very poor. They gave me a room close to the loud old elevator. I communicated with the front desk to change the room, and they started saying that there is no room. Can I ask for extra money? We used the hotel for one night only. Shuttle service at 4 am worked on time, it was 15 Euro per service.
We were happy with the room and overall cleanliness.

Getting to the hotel from Vienna airport was unclear and difficult to do. Although the website for booking the hotel listed airport shuttle service as an amenity (one reason we chose to book this hotel), this was not true. With the help of 2 VIE airport help staff who called the hotel on our behalf, we finally arrived at the hotel by taxi, which the hotel paid.

Everything was good and the reception staff were super nice. The only thing that is worth pointing out is that the carpet had probably not been vacuumed for some time, very dirty but other than that we were happy.
