The Four Seasons Hotel, which is located on the shore of Lake Geneva and is expensive for three nights, except for the small size of the room, the decoration has not been able to keep up. But the service is as outstanding as other Four Seasons hotels, from doormen, security guards to concierge services, front desk reception...all of them are hospitable and humble. The money is for service, location, and brand confidence. If this is not a concern... then it can be said that the rooms in this hotel are not worth living in. Regular rooms, superior rooms, and deluxe rooms are really too small, or the decoration is too old.

Everything about this Four Seasons is exceptional. From the first day we walked in, The Manager. Mr. Moury, greeted us with his warm and happy smile. The staff is excellent and is always working to please which is a clear reflection of leadership. Nawfel and Marie in the main bar were delightful. The Asia-Peruvian Fusion restaurant, Izumi, is top shelf.

That’s ridiculous, they have thief’s team operating in the hotel, that knows where each of cameras are placed, Berluti bag was stolen with full of things in it, and it was stolen at reception in a seconds, when I put my bag there and turned for a second they just stole my bag with reception full of staff that’s very bad for “safest country” and one of “best hotels” don’t go there

The entire experience was wonderful! The staff was always there. The communication through the what’s app was great! The service , guest room , quality Of Food exceptional. It has been a pleasure to have been at this amazing and wonderful ambience. I fully recommend this hotel, which at the same time they make you feel part of their family . I had the most romantic and unforgettable stay of my life at the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva. The hotel is a historic landmark on the shores of Lake Geneva, with stunning views of the city and the mountains. The location is perfect, close to the main attractions and shopping areas. I stayed in a suite, which was very spacious, elegant, and comfortable, with a separate living room and a luxurious bathroom with bathtub, the view is overlooking the lake. The room also had a lot of amenities Nespresso machine. The service was impeccable, from the check-in to the check-out. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to my every need. They made me feel welcome and pampered. I especially want to thank the concierge team and the guest relations team for helping me plan and execute the perfect surprise proposal for my girlfriend. Lorena, Jochem, Giulia, Justine, thank you all for your assistance and discretion. You helped me decorate the room with candles, roses, and champagne. It was a dream come true. A special mention goes to Audrey, who saved the day when the flower shop declined my order for a bouquet of roses at the last minute. He managed to find a solution with florist and delivered the flowers, just in time for my arrival. I almost had a heart attack when I heard the news, but he handled everything with professionalism and grace. Audrey, you are a star. The Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva is more than a hotel, it is a fairy tale. I can’t thank them enough for making my stay and my proposal so special. It was an experience that I will cherish forever. spend a great lunch in the terrace of this hotel, we really enjoy the service and the attention received, dishes where excellent and well prepared, ono sole issue was the welcome hostess that, first did not wanted to offer us a table outside, claiming that all was fully booked, we where surprised that this was not the case wen we left. all over excellent

There is some civil work and renovation in the hotel I’ve stayed in the 6th floor and barely could sleep due to noise and when I complaint about it I got sleeping oil also I was not confident about cleaning service since I found hair and dirty glass upon checkin although the apologies about it with some treat but I found it ridiculous for the amount of money I paid for the room and I couldn’t have enough sleep and it ruin my overall experience and time in Geneva. it’s not the first time but will be my last time

Excellent service of Annalisa in the lounge. Went to some trouble to ensure all taken care of. Should be recognised by Managment of this excellent hotel. I am a frequent guest tho’ live here. An excellent destination for good service and discretion.

Amazing hotel in the most stunning location. Rooms and amenities were top class, but the best bit about this hotel is the staff. Concierge and reception couldn’t do enough for us and gave us an extremely warm welcome upon arrival Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for ultimate luxury

Loved many things the ambiance, the building, the location, the reception staff (Paulina) , the concierge , hallporters, and the housekeeping (luis). The corridors are even more beautiful than George V The problem with the spa is that they are fully booked by non guests so it was really hard to find a spot and the spa looks more like a club than a five star hotel. Definitely loved the japanese restaurant inside the hotel. The restaurant itself is a reason to go back. But.... Breakfast is completely disappointing - it might get better a la carte - service to the table take a lot of time- and also room service has a lot of room for improvement. Also the lighting could be better allowing dim lights in the bathroom at night

Stayed for a few nights in March and generally had a good experience. The service was overall superb and I had a nice time at the hotel, the building is beautiful. Upon closer inspection I found that there is a lot of tweaks to implement such as the spa pool being rusty in areas, my bathroom had paint and silicon defects and mould on the bath handles, the bed side tables had a lot of wear and tear marks. Considering I paid over £900 per night, you would think the cost covers the repairs needed. Bit disappointing really, I tend to notice the finer details. Credit to the staff, a lot of the team are good at remembering names and put in a good effort to make your stay enjoyable and have a nice smile. Particularly the blonde female spa assistant as she gave me a helpful tour and explanation of the spa - please send my thanks, it is the English boy!

I travel on business often to many destination to visit clients (London, New York, Copenhagen, Athens, Milan…) and the Hotel des Bergues by far exceeds any other 5* hotels I have been staying at, whether it be by the service, the friendliness of staff, the quality of bedrooms… sometimes I manage to use the Spa there and again, one of a kind vs other 5* hotels…my happy place!
